Meet the family.....

This past week my big sister Kaycie, her 3 kids & boyfriend came into town for 10 days to visit me. I was so excited that my family was coming, I spent a two weeks cleaning and preparing my house. It was the first time they had visited from Louisiana since 2000.

My sister Kaycie is just one of those people everyone loves. She being the oldest sister of the 4 of us (Brother Brent, Sister Andrea & Me), she is the care taker. She has 3 kids for a reason, because she loves kids! She is the rock of the family and she just knows when we need her. She has her serious mothering side and then there is her fun loving side as well.

My niece & nephews are all different in their own ways.... There is Luke, the oldest brother who is just like Kaycie, the care taker. He makes sure nothing happens to his little sister. He holds her hand in the ocean so she doesn't get swept away. He takes out the trash for his mom so she doesn't have to. He is just the all around big brother.

Then there is Layn.... the funny guy. I don't think he ever stops smiling or laughing. He is a character that's for sure. He is my sports feen. He plays everything he can, for school, for summer league, etc.

And my niece Kayla. Well she is just something else. She is the entertainer of the family. She is always dancing, singing, making up stories... pretty much anything she can do to hear herself talk. She is just one of those people that could talk to a Snell and be perfectly happy. I think she is my dad's favorite but don't tell the other kids!

Colby is the newest addition to the family. Him & Kaycie have been dating a little over a year and I think we might keep him. He is a great lawnscaper in LA (owner of Oakscapes) and loves my sister & the kids. Plus is pretty awesome to hangout with too.
